The job went great. I got a unit that took advantage of the tax rebate and I spent about $7200. They were professional and prompt. They cleaned up. They did the installation in a timely manner. They reported to me things that needed to be addressed and that they noticed. It may or may not have been their own work as far as things that they had to take care of. They went under my house and told me about things that were under the house. So, I felt like they were very helpful. Then I asked them to come back to seal the returns on the inside because they had not put in new returns. They did seal them under the house. Inside the house, it appeared that there were gaps. They checked and there were no gaps, but they did everything I asked them.

I found them in the phone book.  The person who came out was very knowledgeable and very talkative.  I think he was a pretty good salesman.  He made a good case for replacing the unit rather than spending more money on it.  It went good.  It was a really big job but they were able to complete it in pretty much one day and have the new unit up and running.  It's been okay ever since.  I didn't do a lot of shopping around, so I don't know how their price compares to that of the others.  I first used them to service a unit that came with the house when it was new.
