Pretty sloppy about details. Installed under counter lights and they do not work. Other things not finished. Came back to finish after I paid and wanted to charge me again. I would use someone else next time. I still have loose ends everywhere and will have to pay someone else to do the work.

Mr. Hudson had a difficult upgrade to an older stone home. It took longer that expected due to weather conditions. He made sure that I was never without heat or necessary power. The change was neat, complete and he made sure that it was inspected and to code. He was careful to explain what was going on. As a senior widow I was grateful for the work done by him and his brother and thier honesty.

The service was GREAT! They were on time and got the problem fixed within 30 min! It was an issue that I myself could have probably fixed but I'd rather have a Professional do the job. They were contacted by our Home Warranty Company to do the job and even though it took a few days to get a Appt. set. Would recommend to ANYONE in the Knoxville area!!

Other than one re-schedule due to a job that went long, Hytec did a fine job. Guys were clean and courteous and they ordered the correct parts the first time.
