"Hello Mrs [Member Name Removed] I do sincerely apologize that you felt the warranty work was not completed I would like to extend an offer to install your toilet area bathroom tile free of charge please pick tile of your choice I will gladly see that it is installed myself and that you're completely satisfied . I apologize for the lapse in communication a disgruntle member of my company had changed all the access passwords to be able to see your correspondence and I am just finding this account that she had created then please forgive the inability to respond and correct this mistake that was overlooked my up to date phone number is 8654438266 thank you have a blessed day"

With the first bathroom the crew never showed up when they said they would. They also would leave for hours at a time without communicating when they would be back. There was damage done to the walls and door frame and we didn't notice it immediately. They said they were leaving because they were working multiple jobs and had gotten tied up on another job. We waited to start the master bathroom until they said they could work full days. The day they were supposed to start the master and said they would be there at 8:30 we got a text at 8:15 saying Justin had forgotten a doctors appointment he had. When he showed up at 1 that day (and only worked a hour) he said he had a colonoscopy that morning. You can't forget you have a colonoscopy because you have a day of draining your colon before time. So I don't know what the truth was. We made it very clear to show up the next day on time. He said he would be there at 8:15. 9:30 we call and text multiple times with no response. We fired the crew then and have a half ripped up master bath. They charged us more than originally quoted and when asked why Linda gave no answer.
I cannot say enough DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are not trustworthy, or reliable.

We replaced the existing back splash in our kitchen as part of an extensive remodel (new appliances, counter tops, cabinets, sink/faucet, and lighting). The majority of the back splash is 3" x 6" travertine subway tile with 1" dome molding around the edges. Since the remodel included a new pro-style range and hood we added a recessed alcove with a decorative mural behind the range to make that area the focal point of the room. The alcove had a arched top that required very close attention to detail and intricate cutting of the dome molding to match the arch. We are very pleased with the result. Husband & Wife Tiling conducted themselves in a professional manner throughout the job and cleaned up at the end of every day. They were flexible and worked well with other contractors during the installation process.
