OK, as I stated above, it went pretty good, I also used Houseworks on another house I owned in the neighborhood, again Oscar and Co. (the roofing guys) did an excellent job as far as I can tell, never have seen a leak so far, ~1.5 years later.

Their reliability and the quality of work. I think they did a better job on our roof than they had to. He is here when he says he will be here.

We have been very happy with the work that Houseworks has done for us.  They have worked well with the insurance company, and they have been very honest in working with us.  We know that all contractors are very business because of the storm damage, but Houseworks has been good about giving us realistic timetables and sticking to them.

First off, the estimate was $8000 and it ended up being $12,000. I was very displeased. They left so much stuff lying around it was ridiculous. They was supposed to do texture work and all they did was run mud across the ceiling, they even mudded my light fixtures. The price kept on going up so I said for them to go with linoleum instead of tile. The corner boards are not even touching the floor. They took a staple gun and stapled down the carpet at the door frame, it is not in any nice order at all. I had flipped out on them. They was supposed to build a wall between the tub and the toilet; that was crooked. Eventually, I had to call a friend to come and fix it all. Another thing, I had a coupon for $500 off a job that was over $5000 and they would not take anything off for their mess ups, they said I had already gotten a discount. They also blew their dust all over my pool table in the next room. I am just so dis-pleased.
