I was selling my house, which had been vacant for months. I live 6 hours away and was driving in to finalize the sale of my home. I called Stephanie at about 8pm the night before I needed her since I was preparing to close the day after. I told her the urgency of my situation and she juggled her schedule to accommodate me even though my house was in Oak Ridge, about 35 minutes from her town. She showed up exactly on time in perfectly starched clothing and got straight to work. I had the last walk through in 3 hours and she assured me that she could get everything cleaned even though I had just had a contractor crew doing an entire floor of renovation and drywall dust was everywhere, which just compounded the difficulty of her task. Stephanie wasn't deterred in the least and assured me that she would get it done.
Needless to say, she got everything spotless and smelling wonderful with total professionalism, charm, attention to detail and all with incredible care and cleaning skills. I was very impressed that she not only said that she would clean my house as she would her own, but it was clear that she did it. It was beautiful, my buyers were totally impressed, and I closed the next day!
Stephanie is a total professional and a dedicated, caring expert. I'd hire her over and over again!
