This is the best real estate transaction we have ever had. We have done many deals in our time with real estate and always experienced frustration. Wil is incredible. He made himself available for every phone call, every meeting, every question and even made the other participants follow through quickly when they procrastinated. From start to finish the closing was in 30 days with no kinks. This is the first time my husband and I were able to leave everything to the realtor. Usually we have to do all follow up with transactions. Not with Wil. And his lovely wife helped with the details. From a women's point of view, I can tell you this is an incredible experience. I can tell you that we never even saw the seller's realtor, not even once. Can you imagine? The seller's paid their realtor all that commission, and he was not present once, and we visited this home half a dozen times. How can a realtor represent his client this way? Oh, but he did show up at closing to collect his check. Shameful! He could learn a few things from our realtor, Wil. Wil even continued to follow up with us after the closing to make sure we had all the professionals we might need and references because we are new to the area. This is the only realtor we will consider for all of our future transactions. We hope he never leaves.
