Property Appraisal
They did not have the square footage correct. They did not find comparable properties; they just wanted to find a property nearby. We were able to provide them with some addresses to look at, which they chose not to. The appraisal came in low which didn’t make sense with the information we gave them. We gave them an itemized list by date and price, and based on prior appraisal. The appraisal was exactly the same amount as to when the market was lower 18 months ago. We have spent over $50,000 on upgrades and did not get even one more dollar on the appraisal.
