HOME DEPOT

I ordered 2 custom doors.  They had to be ordered.  A two week estimate was given.  Essentially two weeks later,  I was called to schedule a time for delivery.  I did, and the doors were delivered in great shape, ready for me to install.

They had the Walnut look blinds that I wanted. They came out, put them up, had to work on the corners, and finished the work quickly. The man was very kind, pleasant and cleaned up after himself. I really enjoyed his service.

On 05/27/11 the sales rep Steve came out and we signed contract for gutters along with roof and he did an excellant job of matching up the colors of the gutters to coordinate with siding. Job was contracted out to Supreme Construction and they did a fast , efficient job of showing up to take down the old gutters and replace with new ones . The crew at home depot including Jason Bayne the field inspector and Shelley and Sheree in Nashville were great to work with. I would highly recommend Home Depot. Due to circumstances beyond the contractors control , they were a day late in putting up the gutters, but I did not deduct that from the score.

Hail storm 04/27/2011. Went to Home Depot the next day looking for tarps and employee immediately took me to desk to set up appt for roof est. and sales consultant Steve came out and gave estimate.  I contacted several roofing companies and due to high demand for home repairs a few came out to give estimates, then were never heard from again. The other portion stated they would peform estimates, yet just never showed up.
  Decided on 05/27/2011 to give Home Depot the job, due to the fact they were responsive and did show up when they said they would. The job was scheduled for 06/27/11. The job was subcontracted to Certified Roofing  and workers were managed by Phil Gruppuso.
They showed up when scheduled and when the unexpected addition of the 500 feet of roof decking was discovered, his crew worked tirelessly  until after dark on my roof and finished in 1 day.
 I was very pleased with everyone's professionalism and their treatment of me as a customer. Field inspector Jason Bayne was great as were Project Coordiinator Sheree Boehms and Field Supervisor Mark Chapman.

They were right on time. Protected my rugs. Did a terrific job. I also like the fact that Home Depot made sure I had their phone number and the main office number in case I needed assistance during the installation. The install company called me a few days after installation to make sure I was satisfied with the job.
