It was an excellent job. The only problem I had was that Home Depot doesn't do the work. They sublet the work and I have to complain because I don't like people in my house that don't speak fluent English. They sent a guy from Argentina that spoke broken English. The guy was good, and got the job done. He was able to communicate and that's the important part. In the end, it turned out to be a pretty good job. The price was pretty decent.

The only complaint I have is that the installer was late.  I was promised between 9 and 11 - he got here at 11:15 - I had waited all morning and could have done some things.  He went to Home Depot to get a water line.  He was gone two hours.  Probably got lunch.  He started at 1:30PM and was done by 3:00PM.  The job was great.  It was more than I expected.  Hector did a wonderful job and he was very friendly.  I ask to make sure the installer spoke good English.  Hector spoke real good English with a little accent.  I admit that I have a Tennessee accent.  We got along great.  I would definitely recommend them for a job.  The floor looks great.

Within 3 days the installer contacted me and asked about coming to install the next morning. They came at the time promised and within 45 minutes had remvoed the old operator and installed the new one. They cleaned up all of the debris and packaging materails. Before leaving they explained the operaton and lubricated all moving parts of the garage door and opener.
I was pleased with the sales person at Home Depot and the installers who installed the opener.

Did not get name of associate in the garden glove and Christmas light area.  She was African-American or dark-skinned, fairly young, and she was most courteous and came up with some very creative solutions, which went a long way toward their not having the Christmas lights advertised as in-store in on line advertisement.  Those things seem in error so much.  We left happier because of her, in spite of having to pay a lot more for lights than on-line in-stock indicated!

Scheduling was very easy. They cleaned up very well. There was a problem with a cord on top of the roof. It was hanging when they left and they came back and took care of this right away. There was a downspout leaking and they also took of this promptly. They were punctual and showed up exactly on-time. I had done some comparison shopping and their prices were comparable to others.

They were fine.

They did an excellant job. I was very pleased.

The equipment worked for me and there was no problem at all.

The prices are relatively similar. If I am at Home Depot for home stuff and not garden stuff, their people can actually help me with my products. I think Home Depot has better associates, and they are more knowledgeable.

It went very well. I had already gotten two other estimates from somewhere else and was quite shocked. This was probably half the cost, but had the same warranties. They had people they called from the central office to set up the work and someone to call the field inspectors, they did a really good job. I am very pleased with it.

Home Depot took a week to order the door since they didn't have one in stock. Once they came out and installed it, it only took two hours. They did an excellent job and we've been happy with the door ever since.

I was not satisfied with this company in any aspect. The only thing that I had problems with was that I had explained to the worker what I wanted to have done on the back deck. I needed beams replaced on the back deck and the man told me that I never told him that I wanted that work done so I only had the roof done. I was very unsatisfied with the service and quality of work even on the roof.

Home Depot subcontracted the work to a company that did a bad job on my countertops. They made a mess of it all. I contacted Home Depot and their manager came here the next day. He completely agreed and another company came to do the job. It all worked out great in the end. Home Depot was very responsive when there was a problem. I was very pleased about that. I would purchase from Home Depot again.
