The project took a while and in the end we were satisified.

Very smoothly. They always responded to phone calls even after we paid.

I had the best experience with my representative, Doug. Our area went through tornadoes and a lot of siding, windows and roofs had to be replaced. I got the most awesome installer with no problems. I have heard of other people who got other installers who had problems. If you have had windows replaced, installers are the key to success. I highly recommend Doug at Home Choice and the installer is Andy Carter.

I am lucky to get who I got and he is by far the best of the best employee there. His name is Doug and I would recommend him to anybody. My whole are went through tornadoes and a lot of siding, windows and roofs had to be done. I had by far the best installer and other people who used Home Choice had problems with their installers. For this business, installation is key. I highly recommend Doug at Home Choice and Andy Carter as the installer, who is a sub contractor.

Our salesman at Home Choice was very knowledgeable and objective.  Because they offer and have experience with many different manufacturers and types of window construction - and therefore price points - he was able to objectively explain the trade-offs, the pluses and minuses of each line.  We are very happy with the windows and the service.

Went well. We obtained four quotes. The quotes ranged from around $20,000 to $30,000. This was the low quote by around $2,000. I was familiar with their work from my place of business, so I was pleased that they came in the lowest. They had three separate crews for each type of flooring. The hardwood guys were FAST. The only concern was that they were good at taking things apart, but someone else had to help put back....toilets, dishwasher. The carpet guys did their thing quickly, and were willing and able to move some tough items...pinball machines, workout equipment. They had a little boo boo when they inadvertantly took down some wired closet shelving in my closet, but I was able to fix that in less than an hour. The tile work was outstanding.

It went very well. The crew was very conscientious and did an excellent job of cleaning everything up when they were through. The entire job took approximately 2 days. After they left and we had a couple of days to live with the floor we discovered a couple of boards that were slightly warped or splintered. They came back out the next day and fixed it in no time. We could not be more pleased with the work they did.
