We are extremely please with His Security and their team. Nathan was our install specialist and did an outstanding job in installing our equipment and explaining our system. When asked where we wanted our controller, I gave him two choices knowing that the preferred place to mount the controller was hard to get to. He was able to install it in the ideal place. And as I mentioned before, we are extremely pleased with their entire team. Definitely, would recommend His Security to all my friends and family!

They are really on top of things. They call and make sure everything is okay. I have been very happy with them and they showed up on time as well.

From the first telephone contact to the installation, we were very happy with everything. Since they are a local company, the customer service is easy to communicate with. If you call with a question, they answer. This was important to us. The moniter is digital and easy to use.We had a system once before that was so complicated we rarely used it. HIS Security also provided us with two key pads which turn the security system off and on while we are inside, or outside the home. It also has a 'panic' button, which make me feel safe at all times. If I'm alone at night, I keep it with me. His Security team was friendly and professional. They take pride in knowing what they do.

The salesman who came and gave us the estimate assessed the situation and our needs and budget, and didn't try to oversell on extras. The men who installed the system-- the owners-- were punctual, even coming earlier than scheduled, at our request. They did the installation, explained to us thoroughly how to use the system, and cleaned up their mess. They were professional, but friendly, and patient with their explanations.
