 + 0 moreThe chair was adjusted once in our home because it leaned to the right. Sinc ethen nothing.
Description of Work: Purchased a $800 leather chair that was replaced once because it was falling apart in a matter of a couple months. We then upgraded to a $1000 recliner and I have been picking up nuts and bolts from this chair and I don't have a clue where they go. I called Havertys regarding this and was told that it probably was the mechanism. I asked what they could do and they said they would send me the mechanism for the recliner(of Which I paid well over $20 for shipping) but they would not send their service people to service the chair. I said that I would galdly pay for the service and they stood firm saying that the repair was my responsibility. Great now what? Isn't that crap ?>We didn't by their extended insurance, but so what. We are willing to pay for the service. Well now I have a new mechanism and a chair that continues to shed nuts and bolts and I haven't a clue what to do. We have spent a lot of money in that store since we moved to Knoxville but I guess that doesn't matter. I told them they would be posted on Angies List but I still need someone reputable to come to my home and install this mechanism. Any suggestions?

 + -1 moreMy husband is experiencing very bad back pain. He can not sleep in the bed on the mattress. I want the company to refund my money and take the mattress back.
Description of Work: I got the replacement mattress because there were defaults with the other two mattresses.
