The service was performed efficiently. I had a loaner car while they performed the service.

The provider diagnosed a problem with air suspension and dealt with the warranty company to make sure the warranty company paid the $3000 for covered repairs.

.I felt like the service rep was really looking out for my interest. All of this was done at no cost while I was driving their Porsche loaner and picking up my car that had been detailed inside and out.

Perfect...as usual...the work was done to factory specifications...you can tell when the belt on a 944 is adjust essentially correct by the sound it makes...a little whine, not a lot and no slapping. They wash the car and provide loaners as required. I think it is great that a dealer will still service a 30 year old vehicle and provide a 2 year parts warranty to boot.  Only issue is that they are pricey and you see all those shiny new Porsches in the showroom that make you wonder about trading up...

Excellent in every way

Overall I had a typically great experience and I would recommend the dealership and service department to friends, family, and coworkers, which I already have.  They have been completely honest and up-front with me about any maintenance issue or necessity on the car.  A+!

Fair and competent, no complaints

Called for appointment.  Then on the day I arrived at dealership my car was promptly taken back for service while I talked to the service manager.  They gave me a car to drive and then called me when my car was ready.  I returned the car and picked up my car which was freshly washed and ready for me to drive home.  I paid and then left.

They do an excellent job. Every time I take the car in for anything, they wash it completely. They are very professional about everything they do. They do excellent work. They listen to me and do what they are supposed to do. I never have to bring the car back; it is done perfect the first time. I've been going there for ten years. I bought a new car there two years ago just because of the service department. I make appointments and they either give me a car or drop me off and pick me up when the car is ready, whichever I prefer. They wash the car and it is always clean. They do the car the way I want it done and I don't have to keep telling them anything. They do everything 110 percent. When I get it back it is washed and cleaned.
