 + -1 more.I felt like the service rep was really looking out for my interest. All of this was done at no cost while I was driving their Porsche loaner and picking up my car that had been detailed inside and out.
Description of Work: I complained about a rattle in the exhaust. After leaving the 911 S/4 Porsche with them they found the problem to be the catalytic converter. The service rep explained the replacement cost of a new part from the parts dept would cost over 1 thousand dollars and recommended as an alternative he try to find one on line from other sources for much less. I agreed and he said he would call me when he found one and to keep driving the car because it would not hurt anything.

 + -1 morePerfect...as usual...the work was done to factory specifications...you can tell when the belt on a 944 is adjust essentially correct by the sound it makes...a little whine, not a lot and no slapping. They wash the car and provide loaners as required. I think it is great that a dealer will still service a 30 year old vehicle and provide a 2 year parts warranty to boot. Only issue is that they are pricey and you see all those shiny new Porsches in the showroom that make you wonder about trading up...

 + 0 moreOverall I had a typically great experience and I would recommend the dealership and service department to friends, family, and coworkers, which I already have. They have been completely honest and up-front with me about any maintenance issue or necessity on the car. A+!
Description of Work: My car had an oil consumption issue (that can happen with any car) and I needed to have it tested. The folks at Harper Audi (Porsche/Jaguar) were phenomenal in their responsiveness and professionalism. After the test came back they replaced the rings and pistons in my car and I haven't had an issue since. They are truly on it and keep you informed every step of the way. You truly do get a first class experience with any interaction at Harper and I will continue to be a loyal customer due to this. When I dropped my car off they always have a complimentary loaner ready for me. In this case they were having me drive a bright red A4, S-line. I checked the specs of the car and found out they had put me in a 40k loaner with only 7k miles on it. I had some fun with that one! Upon returning the loaner I noticed that they had performed their signature wash and vacuum of my car which I always appreciate. They do the wash and vacuum of a car any time they take it in to service it, which is great.

 + -1 moreCalled for appointment. Then on the day I arrived at dealership my car was promptly taken back for service while I talked to the service manager. They gave me a car to drive and then called me when my car was ready. I returned the car and picked up my car which was freshly washed and ready for me to drive home. I paid and then left.

 + 0 moreThey do an excellent job. Every time I take the car in for anything, they wash it completely. They are very professional about everything they do. They do excellent work. They listen to me and do what they are supposed to do. I never have to bring the car back; it is done perfect the first time. I've been going there for ten years. I bought a new car there two years ago just because of the service department. I make appointments and they either give me a car or drop me off and pick me up when the car is ready, whichever I prefer. They wash the car and it is always clean. They do the car the way I want it done and I don't have to keep telling them anything. They do everything 110 percent. When I get it back it is washed and cleaned.
Description of Work: I use Harper for my car. My last visit was for an oil change, routine service and they put nitrogen in the tires.
