It’s just one man actually; so Fat Fred does it all. He did an excellent job on the porch and the trailer roof and the porch doesn’t leak. He did it on time and there have been no problems with it. He is an older man and he told me right up front that he only works half days when it’s hot. He was very direct about it and didn’t say that he will work over it to get it done. He said that he can’t tolerate the heat that much; so he would work from early in the morning until about noon, and he did exactly that. He is upfront and tells you straight up about what he is going to do and how much it will probably end up costing. He charges you for the materials and shows you the receipt; so that you have that amount and can use for your taxes or whatever. He charges $20 an hour and he tells you upfront and he sticks to it. There were no complications what-so-ever.
