"We are so sorry to read about the critters that chewed through your fascias and aluminum end caps again to get into your home. Animals react on an act of God and we cannot guarantee our gutter cover, Gutter Helmet to keep animals from causing damage to homes to enter. This should not be a reflection on our product however on an act of good faith we did visit the home a few times and replace aluminum end caps that the squirrels had chewed and bent back and we did not charge for our services to provide a replacement for these. We have had to recommend to other clients with squirrel problems to contact critter removal services to get them stopped and this sounds like what you had to do. Gutter Helmet is a gutter cover to keep your gutters free-flowing with rainwater and all leaves and debris shed to the ground and do not enter the Gutter Helmet system. The system does have aluminum end caps to close around the gutters to deter pests and animals from entering but some vermin are pesty enough to try and some succeed and that is when Pest and Critter control have to be consulted and hired to remove the problem."
