We were satisfied with him. He is a local guy. We held special floor joist put in this house that would allow the plumbers and the heating and air conditioning people to put all pipes and duct work above the ceiling and they did none of that. But, it may not have been their fault because we had a local idiot doing the supervising here and he did not see that they did it. They should have done it anyway, but it was much harder doing it that way than doing it the way they did. We were very unhappy with the work that they did regarding the duct work and of course the plumbing, but that was the plumbers. We had a big row over that with them, which didn't help anything. I would tell a family member or a friend that they're a pretty good group and pretty good company, but you better be right on the ball and be right there to see that the work is done the way you want it done. Overall, the quality of their installation was pretty good, even though it wasn't what I wanted. The furnace worked well for 19 years before one thing broke or just wore out and they repaired that.

These guys were great. They picked up a fan and installed it within 24 hours of my call. They took care of looking up the warranty and didn't charge for a service call.

Grissom Heat & Air are really good. It was good. The owner came out and they gave me a really good quote and they showed up when they were suppose to and did the work. Their price is really good. I got a warranty contract with them so I will for a while. Yes, I will use them again.

Everything went very well. I made it clear up front that I was picky and wanted the new install to be as neat and tidy as the original (Grissom H&A installed the original unit also) and it is. The new unit looks and performs great. The Grissom crew is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They were respectful of my home. The crew worked very well together - these are good guys.

Began doing business back in 08 due to a balky combined downstairs unit which we ultimately replaced after all other options were exhausted. (On top of that, our upstairs unit took a lightning strike which caused its demise as well.) Grissom is a quality organization, with professional techs that know what they are doing.
