The cost was a little much. They specialize in BMWs and they definitely know what they are doing. If I take it somewhere else they don't necessarily specialize in my car. I trust them. They are trustworthy to me.

Grayson BMW dealer is a very much larger, more slick operation, many more layers of people. I'm sure that appeals to some types but I'm kind of technically oriented myself. I did a lot of maintenance from time to time so I don't like so many layers from service rep to the rest. I just never have seen the mechanic. That matters to me. For responsiveness, they're always helpful but they're typically scheduling a week out.

My maintenance fees are free because I had them made as part of my car payment. I really like the service at Grayson BMW. I like my service advisor and the way he takes care of things. They're wonderful. Every time I call, they're there if I need them. They help me in any way they possibly can and are very accommodating. If I have a question I call them and they're very helpful. The guy at the service is excellent, wonderful. I will not be using anybody else.

Car would not start, had it tolled to Grayson BMW. The price of the battery was $450.00. We discussed buying a battery from another dealer that would be less expensive. Was told regardless of where the battery came from it would have to be match up to the BMW and this service cost $200.00
Also, a symbol light was displaying we were told that it would cost $60.00 to do a diagnostic test. After the diagnostic test it was said that we needed differential fluid. When the vehicle was in for a 100,000 mile checkout we were told that all fluids, supposedly all fluids were check and topped off. But on Saturday, we were told that the differential fluid was not considered to be part of the all fluids.
I will use them again because I am very particular on who services my car and I like to take it to the dealer.

The price was included in the general maintenance agreement when we bought the car and it was a four year maintenance agreement. They are very professional and very timely. Their quality of service is very good. Their pricing is little on a higher side compared to my other service provider. They did a very good job. They've been very friendly and timely in the service. They also gave us a car to drive till the service is been done.

I wish I had looked for reviews before dealing with Grayson BMW Knoxville - very accurate comments about poor customer service. I purchased a new car from Grayson BMW Knoxville, had some issues with the car, and have had nothing but trouble from them. They were great until after the sale - then it was like they were on to the next person and my issues were completely unimportant. This attitude comes from upper management - my dealings with my sales person and the business manager were great. But the general manager and the Grayson dealership operations manager do not stand behind their promise of service. Two words of advice when dealing with this dealer - BUYER BEWARE. Don't get caught up in liking the sales guy - if you have problems later it won't be him that you deal with. We bought a car and had some issues with it and really did not want the car then. We called the sales person 8 hours after the papers were signed and told them that we were not happy with the car and wanted to tear up the paperwork and start over with something else, maybe not there. The car had some scratches on the hood and another persons name in the phone and we were paying for a new car. They agreed to fix all of it but after thinking about it decided that we really did not want the vehicle anymore, when you spend 56,000 on a car you want it to be perfect and feel good, not a "I can fix that" car. They did take a few hundred off for the flaws but it was not enough in my opinion, and after sleeping on it wanted to take it back, not an option they said! WOW, 8 hours later and redoing for something else is not a option! By the way, they car had an additional 12 miles on it from when we signed the papers on top of the 350 that it already had. NEVER AGAIN! Also, have the car delivered to your house because you then have 72 hours to change your mind, if you drive it away from their lot there is no recourse. They told me that they would not let me give it back because they had spent a few hours on Friday and a few on Saturday helping me so that was too much and that was the main reason for not letting me return the car. I guess it should only take a few minutes to purchase a $55,000 car! I also called 2 other BMW dealers in East Tennessee and they were shocked. They said that there would be no issue with there dealer accepting a car back after less than a few days!

When I take my car to this company, they always make sure to do a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone and they are very friendly. The workers make sure to answer any of the questions that I have and make sure to get the work done in a timely manor.

One of my headlights went out so I went to Grayson because they had always been quicker to get the work done. They got the job done right and could provide me with a loaner when necessary. The headlights that my BMW required were more expensive than most, but they had a blue tint and Grayson's always got me in and out as quickly as possible.
