Overall it went great: We are now members of Angie's LIst, have a pair of brand new Samsung washer and dryer that we gladly paid $2,500 for with a 5 year warranty. I should have written this report a year ago but I had to calm down so I can avoid using foul language.

Called Goodman's to get my dishwasher fixed. Promptly got an appointment for the day I desired. The ladies I spoke with on the phone were really nice and courteous. The gentleman who came to to the repair was prompt and courteous. He was super nice and had a professional attitude. He told me it was the computer. He gave me a price on the part and for labor. He then told me I could get a dishwasher for about the same amount. I was really impressed with his honesty. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs an appliance repaired. I will always use them for any future appliance problems I have.

It has been very bad. They just ripped us off.

I offered to leave a key out so the service man could go ahead and come in the afternoon, and was told that they wouldn't do that. When it was obvious that we could not work out a service appointment, I asked for a refund. Suddenly they said that I could leave a key out. The repairman came and repaired the machine, but all in all, the whole experience was a hassle. I wouldn't ever call them again for service.

After they repaired my refrigerator, it worked for about a month. We called them because it had quit working again and they said they couldn't fix it, which I believe they should have told me that in the first place.
