They never came in to the house to tell me how much it would cost, instead they went right up on the roof and replaced the shingle.  They came down and told me it would be $70.  They should have told me how much it would have costed before just doing it.

After some delays getting the salesman to come, job was completed in one day. Jonathan and his crew were highly organized, professional and  very nice. Owner Chris came by also. The cleanup was great also.

They were very friendly and personable sort of guys.  They did a real good job but they just wanted to get to know you to be friends.  They kept a crew working on the roof the whole time.  The guy that was running the crew, he must have stopped by eight or ten times that day to check on them each time.  He stopped and talked to us and made sure everything was going good.  He stepped on the roof to make sure the work they were doing like it was his roof they were putting on. 

Chris and his crew rebuild both the box and the roof. On the first day, they took everything out that needed to be replaced. They cleaned up everything and tarped the roof for the evening. While I was in earshot, they were very polite. (Although when they didn't know I could hear them, their comments on the past construction was interesting to listen too.) While timeliness was not their first priority, good work did seem to be a priority. They corrected some things that were not antiscipated and made sure to try to get the job done well. For the extra surprises that they encountered they did not charge extra, even thought it would have probably been quiet valid. They always cleaned up extremely well, even sweeping and vacuuming inside where some of the debris would fall. I would recommend them for a job that did not have an immediate timeline. They did good work, but when I start "bright and early" I think at least around 8:00 not more like 9:45... It is all relative, I would prefer the good work to the early bird...

All went very well. Returned calls promptly, kept me informed on the progress of the custom ordered skylight, performed the work within 2 days once the skylight arrived. The workers did a great job cleaning up the debris and nails, were very courteous and respectful. I also had an inground swim pool installation happening at the same time, and they worked around the pool crew without any issues. I am very pleased with the work they did and would definitely recommend Gooddeal to friends and others.
