They called when they said they would. They provided the service when they said they would. My AC unit is beautiful. Very neat and professional looking. They also cleaned up after themselves. Who could ask for more!

It went great! He came out to look at my problem and we discussed options. The issue ended up being the worst case repair but not replacing the whole unit. He came out when he said, repaired what he said and charged what he said. I would definitely recommend him.

They are wonderful. We spent about $3000 on that service. Their professionalism is what stands out about them. We use them often and recommended them. They honesty is the major point too.

I have used these guys before, and they are really great. No nonsense, no price gouging, etc. They were prompt, professional and I'll use them to put in a new system when I have the money to do so.

They came out, inspected my furnace because it would not run long enough to reach temperature setpoint. Code on the unit indicated a sensor malfunction. They advised me that they would have to order the part, and recommended that I try to call another service company who may have the sensor in stock. When they did not have the sensor that I needed in stock, I called John back, and he said that he would order it, and call me as soon as it came in. After the sensor came in, they called, went out and installed the sensor, and decided not to charge me because I had to wait so long for the part (about 2 weeks). The time for them to get the part in, was no fault of theirs, but I greatly appreciate that they think of the customer's perspective too. I will call them in the future if ever I think that they can help me out.

They really do a great job and have done quality work that will last us for years and that is why we have been using them for years. I would recommend this company to anyone as well for their extreme service. I was very pleased with this company because of the great prices and dedication to their customers.

Goodard Heating and Air Conditioning did a good job of servicing our air conditioner. They came out the same day that we called to make the appointment. The man who came was very nice and did a thorough check of all the components to make sure that the air conditioner was working well.
