I contacted four windows companies for quotes in Knoxville. GlassPros was 30% less than the next lowest quote, and half of the other two. The GlassPros installers were neat and very efficient and our new windows are better than we could have hoped. Get as many quotes as you need to get, but make sure one of them is Glass Pros, and that's who you'll contract with. I especially like doing business with a local East Tennessee family-owned business. *1 month later: The new windows are great! They are so quiet-we can no longer hear the traffic on Oak Ridge Hwy. We are very pleased- thank you Glass Pros!

This company was amazing! I reached out to them about getting glass replaced at our business and they were super quick! The estimate was super quick, they had someone out to measure it within days, and they had it replaced within the week! Staff was super helpful and professional! Will definitely recommend to everyone!

I am the project manager for a local window sales and installment company. We ordered transom glass packs from Glass Pros for an eight window install project. Great service, great price and the folks at the office are friendly and helpful. We don’t do mirrors, showers, cut glass, i.e. dresser/table tops or replacement glass. I refer all of those folks who call us for those projects to Glass Pros. I know and trust them to take care of business. This particular project and glass packs allowed us to install and give our homeowners almost 100 in.² more of vision/light per a 36“ x 9 1/2“ transom. Our homeowner loves it.
