Gibson Directional Drilling

Working with this company has been a NIGHTMARE!! After numerous cancelations they did show up to do the work. We paid immediately, even going to the ATM on a holiday and having to make two withdrawals because the owner "needed cash". We have repeatedly requested our receipt and warranty information. They have refused to send it, even though it's been almost two months since getting the work done. I am now im the process of filing a complaint with the Attorney General. You have been warned!

They had to dodge a 10,000v electrical main, a 440v transformer, a neighbor's water line, a telco box, a Comcast post and run a crooked path to the house thanks to KUB's odd placement of our meter. It went *incredibly well*, they were respectful of the neighbor's property, cleaned up after themselves. FWIW, I was jerked around and stalled by another company for over 3 weeks waiting for a bore, when they cancelled on me the third time I called Gibson. He was at the house two hours later and got the job done the very next day. TOTALLY satisfied. Fair price. New, clean equipment. Highest recommendation.
