I was happy with the technician they sent out. He installed the program easily. He showed my how I can use it to block different things and websites. He showed me how to monitor my son's activities online to see where he is going to and who he communicates with. Its not that we don't trust him, it's just what other people send out to teenagers we worry about.

I have had countless problems with my PC, but none this severe. The technician for Geeks to Go, made the appointment on time, which was set up only one day after I called. He was nice and cleanly dressed. He had brought a van load of parts so he would not have to make another trip. The modem was replaced in a little over thirty minutes and the computer has operated perfectly ever since.

We really like this service, because they come to your home and fix your computer without having to take your computer out of the house. The computer technicians are very experienced and they are helpful explaining how to use the new software. The price is a little high but the service is worth it.
