Gary And Vicki Koontz

Our parents passed away and my siblings and I inherited 6 houses and almost 20 acres of land.  We started out trying to sell the properties on our own and did sell one house and had an offer for another house when we found Vicki Koontz.  She sold four of the houses within a few months. And got us the price we had felt was a fair market value. This was after the housing market crashed and we were not sure we would be able to sell them.  But Vicki was diligent and got the job done.  She went above the call of duty by advising us on the transaction on the house that we had already promised without receiving any pay back.  Gary sold the piece of property for us even though it was 50 miles away from his territory.  Also getting us the price we had quoted to us by the appraiser.  Gary and Vicki treated us like family and helped us through a difficult time.  If I ever have another need for a realtor I will call them immediately.
