I knew it would be busy for them to come shortly after I purchased so I waited 3 months to schedule, They showd up with in 15 minutes of appointment time and did thier work efficently. I was notified of a possible problem and told to just watch it. They were pleasent and professional.

Very prompt and professional service. Trustworthy and nice. Our household heating system broke down, and we needed to get a new gas furnace right away. G&M were able to replace the furnace the day after we called.

I guess it was worth it. I'm not sure what I really expected the guy to do, or if the service or info I recieved was worth $60. I'm not sure that I couldn't have learned exactly the same thing if I had some H/A co. give me free apprasal for instalation. Oh, wait I did get the cleaning of the AC coils (which I can do myself) and the "adjustment" to the heating unit. He also instructed me to get a carbon manoxide detector. I now have three and none have gone off.

They arrived on time, were friendly, and did the job. I received 1 year of service calls and discount on work. This call more than paid for my yearly Angie's list subscription.

We are on an annual contract with them. They are very prompt and come as soon as they are called. They are very expensive, though. Some of their technicians are not just as friendly as others, but I guess that's in all trades. I will use them again in the future.

They finished up somebody else's project and the cost part is a long story. They were very prompt with their service and I liked that a lot. They were probably expensive.
