When they originally looked at the job they thought that just screening would do the trick, but found the whole floor needed to be sanded right down to accomplish the desired results. The floor looks like new and we are very pleased. I would recommend these pleasant, detail oriented contractors. I can not tell you the price, but they are very fair.

They did a beautiful job on the floors. We were very impressed with their work. They nailed the floorboards in, sanded and stained it right there. It was cheaper than the processed floor and great quality wood. Everything lined up well and they left no mess.
