Right now, everything is fine. This is one of those things that I don't know if it will hold together for a month, then fall apart. They got me in right there and I was having problems. It took awhile, but they squeezed me in and got the job done that day. Those guys are pretty good over there. I have had minor stuff done there and they are pretty good.

I wanted a set of tires, and they quoted me over the phone. However, when I got in they recommended a different set. I was not fully happy with the set of tires they recommended. They were cheaper, so it was not an up-sell, but I?m sure they were getting a deal from the distributor. They are very professional but they do have a tendency to sell extra service and extra parts. I may use them in the future for tires but probably not for other auto service.

I needed the work done on this car quickly, so I called them early in the morning. They said to bring the car in any time, and they would try to fit me in. Both on the phone and in person, they were extremely courteous, professional, and helpful. After listening to my description of the symptoms, and checking the car over thoroughly, they took me over to the car and showed me in person all of the problems that they had identified. I am confident that they correctly diagnosed the problems with the car, and did not try to suggest work that was not needed. Since I needed to leave the car with them, they gave me a ride to another location. The work was done properly and quickly, the price was exactly as quoted, and now my daughter's car drives like new.

My regular mechanic does not do wheel balancing, so I was looking for a place to perform just this service. I found Free Service Tires on Angie's List. I emailed them for a service appointment and within an hour I had been called by a representative to set an appointment. They were able to take me the following morning. They were prompt and professional. Since I have not had an opportunity to test the wheel balancing (I don't drive 65 mph inside the city limits), I'm hoping it was done satisfactorily. The only disappointment was they suggested further work on my car to the tune of $1500.00. Since I had just had my car to my regular mechanic and it was fine, this was a put-off for me. I don't like it when these chain-type of places try to talk you into expensive repairs that may not be necessary. Having said that, I wouldn't be adverse to having them perform the tire rotation and wheel balancing again, provided when I've had a chance to road test, it was done correctly.

I have been using their services for the last ten years. They are always prompt and professional. If you get your tires through them they will balance and rotate them. I trust what they say and they don't do work that is not needed.

When I walked into Free Service Repair they had a big screen TV in the customer service waiting room. They were very prompt and they completed my van in under an hour. It worked great when we left.
