I am a full service provider for all aspects of remodeling and home additions. No job is too small or too large. This is an opportunity for you as a customer to receive turnkey service for all requirements to complete your project needs. From the initial project estimation to site preparation, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, flooring, painting, masonry, roofing and final cleaning. I am a State Licensed, fully insured Residential Contractor, #00061497. All work is performed to the highest standard. I am a hands-on operator. I do most of the carpentry, painting and tile work. I use subcontractors for electrical, plumbing, roofing, heating and cooling, flooring, and cleaning. Estimates are free and all contracts are performed on a "cost-plus" basis. Costs are guaranteed not to exceed the estimate with exception to major unforseen situations that can occur, although seldomly, during remodeling and any changes to the original scope of work requested by the customer. Project time lines are established and presented with the estimate. Project start times are established and agreed upon with the customer prior to commencement of any work. Payment schedules are established at the time of the estimate presentation.
