They only came out to the house one-time. We've gone to their business and they've been very helpful like just a few weeks ago when the pool pump motor won't run. It was Labor Day weekend and they couldn't get out to see us but they told my husband that he can bring the motor into them and they helped him what he needed to do so we were able to get the pool running.

Quick to respond, reasonable price, very knowledgable at trouble shooting problem and finding the most economical solution. Good people, highly recomend!

I had purchased the salt system from Fox, so
when they told me it was under warranty, I did not expect them to charge
me to fix it. They came to replace the part under warranty, spent less
than 10 minutes at my home, billed me for $150. When questioned about
the charge, they said the warranty was for parts only, not labor. When I
pointed out that 10 minutes labor performed less than 3 miles from
their office was certainly not worth $150, they just smiled.
I had previously purchased a $250 part for my pool heater from them which
failed about a week after I installed it. Fox told me they would have
to ship it back to the provider and wait for the provider to replace
it. I checked the circuit board myself, found two cold solder joints
and fixed it.
The folks at Fox are extremely knowledgeable, but I
am not happy with their service and will in the future drive across
town to their competitors when I need something.

They're honest. We've dealt with a few places that weren't. They know what they're talking about. We went somewhere else, and they didn't understand the basic pool chemicals. They're just friendly, trusting, and helpful. They're easygoing, but they know what they're doing.

I haven't had any problems with the valve since the repair. They were very knowledgeable and the entire staff had been very personable. They had great customer service and were very familiar with our pool because we have used them for years. They even serviced the pool before we bought this house. They take care of all of our service calls.

They tested the water and changed the filter in our pool, because two stray dogs had gotten in it. It was a pretty big job. They came out a couple of times over one week and they were very thorough. The price was fair and depends on how much chemical they had to use to correct the pool balance.
