They had very good workmanship. They were easy to work with. There were about 6 people here doing the work and it took about 2 weeks to complete. They were very responsive to uur needs and desires.

Horrible experience from start to finish. System was not installed according to contracted plan and specifications. Process took months rather than weeks as originally promised. Service issues due to improper installation immediately arose and follow up repair work was either poorly performed or not performed at all. Phone calls were not returned and a certified letter detailing 9 specific deficiences was not acknowleged. A lot of money spent for an inadequate and problematic irragation system that will require significant additional investment to correct.

"To be clear, Four Seasons was not contracted by this homeowner to install their irrigation system at their new home construction. We were contracted by the homeowner's Builder. In addition, we were not paid $4500.00 by the homeowner. We were not paid the entire amount that was owed to us by the Builder and a balance of $1922.00 was written off as bad debt on this project. Despite this, Four Seasons completed all items on the punch list and a Completion Certificate was signed by the homeowner. Because of unresolved issues between the Builder and the homeowners, Four Seasons feels as though they were caught in the crossfire. We were not compensated fully for our work and the homeowners were well aware of this fact."

"This yearly maintenance contract began 7/16/2008 and was terminated 4/23/12. Do not understand why each year for 4 years the contract was renewed by this homeowner without one word of dissatisfaction. How do you renew a maintenance contract with a company for 4 years in a row whose performance you rate a "D""
