"I have personally spoken to the member after receiving your message. Her complaint was about how the installer was dressed. I have spoken with the installer in regards to dressing professionally though I did not witness how they were dressed when on this particular jobsite. I will briefly address the issues that were brought to my attention by your firm. The member agreed to a price of $1.10sf on the vinyl she purchased. This product retails for $1.69sf, and is a great price for a 110 mil vinyl. The rise in her foundation is the result of the customer removing an interior wall and will need to be corrected by a certified contractor. This was discussed with the member at the time of the install and she chose to go ahead with the install. The luan had to be installed over the sub-floor but would not correct the rise. The member paid the installer for the labor on the jobsite. The install did not go through our store and if she was not satisfied with the finished product why did she pay them? Jagged edges on the perimeter is covered by moulding, once base and quarter round moulding is installe3d this will not be an issue. The member decided to install the moulding themselves to save money. My sales associate spoke with the member the day the job was completed. She had no complaints. Management was unaware of any issues until I received this notice from Angie’s list. The member claiming she has repeatedly called our company and left messages is simply not true.
