FLATT PLUMBLING & HEATING

They seemed to really not want to take responsibility for the errors they made. Instead just fixing the problem in the first place, I ended up hiring them several times and they constantly failed to fix the problem. So I feel I had spent more money in the issue than what was necessary.

On Saturday afternoon, June 28th, my ice maker supply line began leaking severely with water pouring into the garage below. Turning off the supply valve didn't stop it, so I had to turn off the main. I called Flatt, having used them before for air conditioning service. The phone was answered by an answering service operator who told me she would have someone contact me as soon as possible. After waiting 30 minutes, I gave up and contacted someone else. About 15 minutes later (and 45 minutes after my initial call), a plumber from Flatt Plumbing did call me back. He was apologetic for not responding sooner, but said he was busy on another job. I told him I had found someone else who was on the way. Nevertheless, Flatt's man asked about the nature of my emergency and seemed to be genuinely concerned that I was taken care of. Though Flatt didn't do any work for me this time, I was impressed that (1) they use a live answering service after hours rather than an unattended answering machine, and (2) one of their people did actually call me back -- just not quickly enough for my needs. Based on this experience, I would give them another chance in an emergency.

My brother and I live together and can handle most things on our own. We have other people handle any major appliance repairs, or services that we either can't do, or don't want to do. They came in and worked efficiently and got the job done. I was impressed with the workers that they sent out and they were very polite and considerate while they were in our home. I will call them again if I need something taken care of.

I was satisfied with their work. I called them and they responded right away. They were dependable, able to solve our problem, and have the technology to do anything. I felt they were very professional at what they did. We have had no problems with their services and have used them for other problems in the past. Thanks for all your hard work guys.

Flatt Plumbing & Heating was fantastic. They did a wonderful job. They showed up on time to the appointment that we scheduled. They gave the perfect estimate and their prices were the most competitive.

Flatt Plumbing Company was very nice and honest because they came out and gave us a good estimate that was actually $600 cheaper than the previous company. I really believed they spent a lot of time and hard work on replacing my plumbing pump.

The plumber was excellent and he did a great job. He was very professional and he was Johnny on the spot. He was very clean and he did not make much of a mess and what he did make he cleaned up. I would recommend Flatt Plumbing to anyone.
