Fisher Tire West

There had been a previous problem with one of the rims, which I reminded them of. I guess someone forgot and, over the next week, that particular tire/rim lost 8#. I returned and the problem was corrected promptly with no additional charge. I dealt directly with Mr. Fisher, who made it so easy doing business with these folks.

It went Great! I have a 2001 Toyota Avalon with 300,000 miles and it was making clunking noises when I hit a pothole and and quot;floatingand quot; at higher speeds on the interstate. It was old and acting old. They had their best road Technician drive it and look at it and told me what I needed and I told them to order the parts. The parts arrived quickly and I took in the car in the morning and they had everything done by lunchtime. I couldn't believe it. My Avalon drives like a new car. We're back in love.
I've been using Fisher Tire West for over 10 years for our family vehicles in tires, oil changes and minor repairs. The best example of great service was a few years ago when I started having trouble with a tire feeling like it was going flat and I was leaving on a 200 mile trip on a Saturday afternoon. I was a few miles from Fisher Tire West and limped into the lot to realize it was after they were closed for the day. The manager was still there locking up and went and stopped one of the Technicians from leaving and they fixed my tire and balanced it so I could go on my trip. They stayed an hour extra to take care of me and didn't charge me extra and wouldn't even take a tip. Being a former business owner, I call that a and quot;WOW!and quot; experience.

Do not have you air-conditioning system worked on by Fisher
Tire. On 6/19/2014 I took my car in because the air-conditioner was
not cooling. Leaving it at night, to be worked on the next day. They checked for leaks and recharged the
a/c. With tax it cost $131.05, ten days
latter it stopped working. I took it in
again one night to be rechecked the next day, upon picking it up I talked with
Kyle (dept mgr) he said they checked for leaks again and recharged again.
I said if they did that the first time and it did not work, why it would
work this time. He said bring it back in
4 days. ???? Which I did not do, ten
days later the a/c was not working. This
time, a friend recommended C and D tire. I told them what Fisher Tire had done,
left it with them and when I picked it up they had tested the a/c replaced
seals and recharged the unit, costing me $75.
It has now been 17 days and the air-conditioner it working fine.

They found I had freon and I knew it was blowing air. So they referred me to a specialist and didn't charge me. So grateful. I'm a single mom.

When I arrived for my appointment, the counter employees were positive and polite, the paperwork was already prepared, and they gave me an estimate of the time it would take to complete changing and balancing the tire (an hour). I was pleased, because the waiting room was pretty full of customers. The correct tire was installed and balanced, completed in the time they promised, and the price was definitely lower than other places I'd checked. A very positive experience.

They had the tires in stock and I waited in the customer lounge about an hour and then I was on my way.
