major miscommunication about what needed to be done initially between the front office and first mechanic and me. but after that was resolved everything was fine. jerry (the mechanic who finally did my work) apologized and took care of it as soon as i spoke with him directly.

I've got the tires done, they've done the brakes. They are just awesome. They will come out even when you ask, well I think I need this done, they will say no you are good for another 20,000 miles, don't bother. They are a real honest company. I was doing volunteer work at the time and the owner would actually come pick me up and drop me off.

I arrived at about 10am and told what I was there for. They did a wonderful job with the oil change and the staff was very friendly. The attempted to fix the rim but couldn't. I had a long trip coming up so I needed to have the car checked over and the fluid filled up (for safety purposes). During my trip, the steering wheel got extremely hard to turn so once I arrived to my destination I took it to my family mechanic to find out that the tenser had seized up and the power steering belt had snapped. My mechanic informed me that if they had actually checked over the car they would've seen the problem and also told me that not a single fluid had been filled. I do not appreciate being lied to a stolen from. When a person is paid to do a job, especially when it comes to safety, they should do what they say. I will not return to this mechanic and do not reccomend them to anyone- if they do say they did a fluid fill up, check your fluids afterwards.

We did service your vehicle as discussed on your work order, but did not have a note to check the belts. The technician that worked on your car has been with our company for around 20 years. He did notice that you had the bent wheel, & they ran a diagnostic at no charge because a light was on. It is unfortunate that we didn't realize you were having an issue with your power steering belt. That is not something that we automatically check on every vehicle; we check at a customer's request, or if we notice an obvious noise that might indicate it while a vehicle is in the bay. We are happy to be a busy, family-owned shop, so we strive to maintain a balance between thorough, professional work & reasonable turnaround time for our customers' vehicles. cheMy daughter is a student at UT and I live in Middle Tn. I called these
guys long distance for some help on getting her some tires for her jeep.
I wasn't going to be there and was looking for someone who would take
care of her quickly, honestly, and at a competitive price.
Fisher Tire handled all the above. My dealings with them were just over
the phone, but I was able to get her in immediately after I talked to
them on the phone and they had her taken care of within the hour.
I couldn't have asked for better service, or a better price on good tires for that matter.

I took my car in after work one day (about 5:15pm) to have a slow leak checked. They close at 5:30, but still took the time to check my tire thoroughly. They found and old plug, which they resealed. They did not charge me anything for that, because they weren't sure if it would work.
Coincidentally, the next day I had a completely flat tire (different tire) at work. I could not get the lug nuts off (and neither could anyone else), so I called them to see if they would come out and help. The business owner came in his own vehicle, pumped up my flat, and drove my car to their shop, leaving his vehicle in our parking lot. After finding a roofing nail in one rear tire and wear bars showing in both rear tires, they called me with the information. I decided to get 4 new tires (no sales pressure from them at all). They installed the tires and brought my car back to my place of work. What service! For someone like me, who really does not have the time to take my car in during business hours, this was fantastic.

I stumbled upon them by accident when I moved here. It is locally owned and they have a lot of family employees so they have a vested interest in the business. I have used national brands and manufacturers, too, but they are very reasonably and fair priced, fair minded and service oriented.

Fisher Tire was the ONLY company in town with the Michelin Hydroedge tires in stock. Every other dealer had at least a five day wait for this very common tire size. While they did charge slightly more for the tire, their mounting and balancing fee included the new valve stem and lifetime rotation and balance. I did not have an appointment, but they quickly worked me in and had me on my way, even though I had called after 3 p.m. Although I was certain I wanted the Hydroedges, they took their time and made me aware of all my options, including less expensive tires. How many times have you had a company try to save you money?

Did some on line research for a set of tires made in USA and a good balance of economy and performance. Brought my information to Fisher and the salesman checked his books and ordered the tires. Price was only slightly higher than best on line price and I got the free balancing, too. Since my purchase, I have put over 10,000 miles on these tires and had the oil changed twice. No delays on any service trip. All work finished same day.

I was pleased with the service and so was my husband. They are reasonable and we never have to wait long. Everyone is very polite and courteous. They answer your questions as well.
