I think we are pretty much happy with them. I am not having any problems with them. I don't really know how competitive they are at this point. I just  don't know. They were nice.

In general, they are good guys. They are very fairly priced. They are prompt and get the job done quickly and they are very professional.

After a long and busy day, I called Fisher about a tire I needed to have replaced on my company's van. Not only did they have the tire in stock, they were able to get me in and out in about an hour the same afternoon. They were friendly and helpful and were able to process the transaction taking our tax exempt status in to account without any problems. I was extremely pleased with my experience and am certain that I will be back with both my agency's van and with my own personal vehicles.

We went back to them to repair one of the little sensors that went out of the brakes 6 months after the brakes were installed. They fixed it with no charge. They were very nice to my husband. They offered a coke to him while he waited. They initially put them in February and it had been 6 months. It makes me want to go back and use them again. We have recommended them to friends as well.

Very good experience. I showed up at opening and they had my four wheel alignment completed and I was out the door in about 40 minutes.

They did the work in one day for less than the price of parts only at the BMW dealer!

Good experience both times. Cost as quoted over the phone for the car, less than $60 for front truck tires.

My car was vibrating when braking and out of alignment and I brought it in to Fisher without an appt. They were very friendly and said they would look at the brakes first and call me with info on what they found. He (I think his name was Mike) called in about 1/2 hour and said the pads on both front and back were very worn (30% and 5%) and the front rotors needed resurfacing or replacement. He said they could resurface them and although they would be fairly thin, they thought the rotors would last long enough to make it worthwhile to resurface them. He let me know the price and I gave the approval. He said they would evaluate the alignment once they finished the brakes.
He called in a couple hours and said it definitely needed alignment and would call again when it was ready. He called to say it was ready and told me there were some coupons on the internet I could print out that would save me about $30. I was already out and not able to do that but when I came to pick the car up and started paying, he told the man helping me to go ahead and give me the coupon price.
This was the best car repair experience I can remember and I've been having cars repaired for about 30 years. I will be recommending them to everyone!

Fisher doesn't make appointments; you have to bring in your car and wait. I always feel assured that I am driving safely on quality tires.

I own a few cars. This trip was for my 2007 Hyundai SantaFe. My directional signal system went on the fritz. When this journey began the original estimate was over $550.The guys (I am not being sexist there are only guys working here) the guys at Fisher spent days researching the issue and found a way to properly fix the problem for about half of the original estimated cost which was checked at the dealer and one other service provider. The problem was specifically the need to replace an entire electrical control board because the specific separate pieces could not be obtained without the purchase of the entire assemble. This place is reliable These folks are honest These folks a great!!! I have all of my cars serviced here I purchase all of my tires here!

Excellent. I buy all my tires here and they do all my oil changes, tire rotations, brake work, etc. I have never had a problem. They are knowledgeable, efficient and fast.

We have purchased multiple sets of new tires from this location for our three vehicles plus gift tires for our other adult children. Every time Tire Barn not only provides us the best price but the service simply can't be beat. When you are a customer of Tire Barn you are given the 5 star treatment for as long as you have the tires. Rotations are a quick and easy in and out without an appointment. Never are customers looked at as a bother or or made to feel that they are a nuisance when we come in for free tire rotations. I am SO confident in their customer care that our youngest takes her car to Tire Barn without us on site. We don't need to be there because she is treated respectfully and kindly. We trust them. There simply is no other place to purchase tires other than Tire Barn.

The service was good and the staff were courteous.

They went far beyond my expectations. The problem was not with the tire they had sold me seven years previously, but with the wheel rim. They fixed the rim free. They sell quality products and provide outstanding service. The tires are expensive at first (I buy Michelins), but follow up service such as they provide makes them a terrific bargain.

It went great. I actually dropped the car off and hitched a ride to work - the work was done when I picked my care up on my lunch break a couple of hours later.
Everyone was very friendly and the know their product.
