Fish Window Cleaning

I wasn't home when they came out to clean my gutters. I was told they use the pole method to clean them. The gutters over my basement walk out that are essentially second story gutters still over flowed after they cleaned them. I called them back when I saw that they were still overflowing and they sent a couple of people out a week later to clean the taller gutters, and yet they are still overflowing. I don't know if it's because they don't use ladders to actually look in the gutters they just use a pole. They said they could clean second story gutters, but mine aren't clean.

Kinda ok, but not grand. Gravitated to them as had excellent service from franchisee in St. Louis for twice the number of windows for 1/3 the price. Did windows and doors in and out, but didn't clean the sash unless I paid extra. Thought the $125 for 3 doors and 5 windows was a little steep, but I thought I'd get the same level of service. I think I may have paid around $35 or more dollars for the sills to get done. Won't use them again.

The company rep came out and provided a detail written quote which was helpful.   The crew arrived on time and were professional and friendly.  Even though there were some spots that were not cleaned properly, I am giving the company a 5-star rating and would use the company again.  When I noticed the missed spots with the pressure washing, the crew had already left.  A call to their office was handled professionally, the crew returned the same day to complete the job and the owner called to make sure the follow-up met our satisfaction.  There is always room for error in an service industry, but a sign a reliable and caring company is one that responds to concerns timely and makes it right!

We love this company.  They arrived right on schedule bright and early.  These guys were so pleasant while they did the job.  They were not only professional but extremely efficient.  They took great care to make sure our floors stayed clean while they cleaned all the windows inside.   They also did the screens and window sills.  We intend to have our windows cleaned twice a year, and we will never use any other company.  We were given the discounted price offered by Angie's list, but we will have no problem paying the full price for all future jobs, because we are so pleased with their work.

Very professional and reasonably priced. We have very high windows and they did a wonderful job - also cleaning our ceiling fans which are about 15 feet high. The windows were sparkling clean - would absolutely recommend, in fact we have.

They came to clean the outside of my windows. They did a great job cleaning the windows. They were 40 minutes late. They charged me the wrong amount and had to come back to get a new check. However, they are honest.

They did a good job. I'd have them back again.

Fish Window Cleaning, was very good, very economical and the windows were very clean. They did it in a very timely fashion, easy to work with, and they really cleaned them.

They show up when they say they will. The guys that I dealt with were father and son. They were very consciences. If they miss something, they will come back and redo it. They kept in contact with you in regards on if they could make it or not. They were very concerned about keeping me happy with getting there and getting the job done.

Fish was prompt, courteous, professional, neat, thorough, and very fast. They honored an advertisement from a Knoxville magazine and did my rather large job for half off. The windows sparkle.
