Technicians were professional and knew what they were doing. However, the sales team was unprofessional almost rude.

Very prompt and professional. We choose Firestone because they are nation wide. If we need service when traveling, there is usually a Firestone nearby.

They were good. They fit me in on their calendar, took care of my vehicle and got me back on Earth. For responsiveness, they were very slow in getting the vehicle.

Firestone Complete Auto Care don't tell you that you need something that you don't. My vehicles are 11 year old so they usually need a lot of work. They let you know about any problems that they may see and they are very responsible when it comes to the safety. I was told to get a specific tire for my truck and they told me that the tire was not strong enough for my truck. They said they could sell me the tire but they couldn't put it on because of liability reasons because it wasn't strong enough. They were responsible enough to put me in the right direction and that was a big deal because the last thing you want to have is a blow up.

My car started running erratically on the interstate and the "service engine" light came on. I nursed it home and called Brandon at Firestone. He said they could do a computer diagnostic on it and determine what the problem was. That's good since there are no longer any Suzuki dealers in Knoxville. I took it in the next morning. They diagnosed that one spark plug was fouled and the coil for that cylinder was bad. That didn't surprise me since I had already replaced two of the coils previously in another town. They located the necessary parts, quoted their price, and performed all the work in about three hours. The car runs great. It's got 154,000 miles on it and I hope to get another 100,000. I've had some experience with repair shops. I've seen some good ones, and like many, I've had my share of bad ones also. This is the second time that I've used this facility. The service is thorough and top notch. I feel like I could send my 93 year old aunt there with her car and nobody would try to take advantage of her. Their prices are reasonable for the quality of work, but they probably won't be the cheapest place in town. However, I've found from experience that the cheapest place in town usually isn't the person you want doing your automotive work.
