It was a complete failure to the point I took him to the arbitration process through the help of home Advisor and was awarded $2,953.00 . He will take your money and run,he will even lie under oath to try and get out of a bind with an unsatisfied customer issue. I am very pleased with the results of the arbitration judgement against Ferguson Construction for a refund of $2,953.00 out of the $3,250.00 he was paid for garbage work.
