"The original contract stated that we were to redeck the entire house and all correct materials was delivered including the sheets to redeck the entire house. Customer then decided she did not want the whole house redecked as she said at the time she didn't have the money so the material for the decking was returned. We only replaced the bad wood that needed replacing before refelting and installing new shingles. She also decided not to have the shed done. As far as the Gutters & Downspouts was replaced as agreed however the replacement of gutter boards was determined not to be replaced. She kept changing the contract on a day to day basis. The homeowner was there through everything being done and had no complaints at the time on either the roof or gutters and no word from her about any problems. She was very happy at the time it was done. After all the changes being made on the contract it went from $5595.00 down to $4450.00 of which she only paid $4400.00 actually leaving a balance of he owing us $50.00. I have all of our receipts and the signed contract with the changes. She has been extremely rude everytime we have had contact with her and she want deal with us direct. She has someone else calling and texting but we were never told who he was. If a copy of all the receipts need to be seem and our copy of the signed contract we are more than happy to provide them from our file. She indicated that the roof is not leaking."
