We had multiple people to contact as we had windows enlarged. They were on the mid end on price. They were non stop from start to finish. The caulking they used for the windows was a little rough but overall great windows. They were very responsive and professional.

They gave me a competitive pricing. Allen was very thorough in explaining what they do and offer. I'm supposed to get $300 in TVA rebate after their inspection, which is a nice perk. A couple gentlemen came and worked quickly and cleaned up and removed all the old window materials. I am very detail oriented and picky about caulking finish (I have installed back splash in the kitchen myself), so I asked them to go back over a few places but overall everything went well. They have 60 year guarantee on the caulk and lifetime warranty on installation and the windows. I have recommended this company to my co-worker as well.

It went Great. They were very professional. They were on time and didn't take long to replace all the windows. They even cleaned up the mess they made before they left and took the old windows with them. I would get them again if I needed them. Cost was a lot less then I thought it would be.

The installers were very respectful of our home, they removed their shoes inside, and put tarps where they were working to catch debris in the removal process. Two men came and they worked very well together. They got right to work and made fast work of, the task at hand. At the completion of the new windows they explained how the windows worked and made sure I knew how to open, close and tilt the window in for cleaning. They answered any questions and removed old windows and scraps and debris from the job site, before they left for the day. Approximately 1 hour after they left the owner of the company called to see how the day went and how we liked our new windows. Our windows come with a lifetime warranty against breakage or mechanical failures. This is a strong guarantee and I believe if we have any problems, the owner truly cares and will be available to us to make things right. I believe we got a quality window for a fair price. I would be happy to recommend this company to friends and family.
