It went great. We scheduled and he came. Matt was very professional and did a great job. I was fascinated by the tuning device that he used. Very modern.

Looking for good used grand piano. Everything Piano had 8 yr old instrument in showroom and kept until house was ready. Delivered and re-tuned they said. I love the piano and experience.

Matt was a superhero! I needed my piano moved through a tricky, tight hallway and he did it (by himself!) without a problem. Such a friendly, professional guy. Would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a piano moved. Will be calling again soon for piano tuning. Thank you again!

Matt arrived on time & was very pleasant & professional. He got right to work. He found and repaired a 'stuck key' and repaired our practice pedal (which I did not know was broken). He was very thorough and at the end filled our home with a few measures of lovely music to ensure a quality job. I will be calling him again for my future tuning.

Up front Matt advised it would require several tunings to bring our piano to good form.  He also cleaned the cabinet and actions which had been the victim of visits from a mouse.  All of this was performed His patience, attention to detail, and thoughtful explanations reflected the level of professionalism their customers can expect.
On one occasion he needed to call and reschedule an appointment due to a water heater problem at their location.  He was extremely accommodating regarding rescheduling.   
He also advised us regarding the restoration of an old pump organ we own, which is a family heirloom piece.  When we are ready to proceed with that we will follow his advice with confidence.

Matt was awesome!  He worked as an objective consultant in our search for the right piano for our needs and preferences.  We ultimately ended up purchasing a piano that he was selling on consignment from his shop.  Matt refurbishes pianos, tunes pianos and is a piano instructor, giving lessons.  We found Matt to be very helpful and honest in his review and recommendations and he also was very fair in his pricing.  We feel fortunate to have been able to meet Matt and to purchase the perfect piano for our family's needs.  We will definitely seek any future piano services from Everything Piano first before looking elsewhere!

Matt arrived as scheduled and performed a basic tune up on my Baldwin upright piano. He was professional and courteous. We have used Matt to tune our piano since 2008.

Matt Coker is very professional and did a wonderful job tuning our piano.

My son has been taking piano lessons from Matt Coker's music school for a little over five years. We knew that he refurbished, repaired and tuned pianos but we had our piano tuned by the people from whom we purchased it. It had been too long since our last tuning and since I see Matt on a fairly regular basis at my son's lessons-I decided to give him a try.

Why we didn't use him before is a wonder. Matt arrived promptly and was professional throughout the process. He was patient with my questions and took his time educating me in various aspects of our piano. He addressed mechanical concerns that we had and advised me how properly maintain the instrument.

Though he didn't have to, he adjusted the piano bench as it was wobbly. He even played beautiful jazz for a bit which was a real gift since we were in the middle of noisy home repairs. Matt went over and beyond what was required and I could kick myself for not using his services before. I plan on getting on a regular maintenance schedule to keep the piano in top shape. Overall, he is a good guy, goes over and beyond and I trust him in my home.

Arrived on Time. Tuning was achieved in a timely manner. The result totally met my expectations. Matt Coker has been tuning my piano since I got it several years ago. I selected him randomly out of the phone book. Originally the piano had been shipped across the country and stored in a warehouse which resulted in it being quite out of adjustment. He is a perfectionist and worked with it until it was right. He has also tuned my piano several times unsupervised at my home, and I have never found anything out of order. His service is superior, and I could not say enough good things about this provider. Given the quality of his work, his tuning is a great value.
