Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I was quoted a price for brake service less than 4 months ago. Today, the price has risen by over $100. I asked nicely three times if anything could be done to male up for the difference in pricing and was told that there were no promotions or options available. I asked to speak to the manager and the lady said she had been there for 8 years and was one of the manager . I would later find out that they had a big sign up to "like their Facebook page for 10% off." A small gesture on their part would have went a long way.To make matters worse, I asked for a printed quote to compare at Mercedes. Upon investigation, Mercedes quoted just $20 more for parts...actual true Mercedes part. When I came back to ask about what sort of parts this hack of a joint provides, I was informed that they are "the original parts without Mercedes markings." Sure...that sounds legit. The desk clerk also proceed to berate me for this review (edited now to reflect the second paragraph." He cursed at me and informed me that the owner no longer wanted to work on my car because I hurt his feelings with the review. The owner never had the courage to come face me directly. If you enjoy cheap parts and horrible customer service, this place might be ok for you, otherwise: AVOID!!! It should also be noted that I have used their services before and a mysterious scratch appeared on my vehicle afterward . Also, they have been the only ones under my hood in the last year and mysteriously, the pneumatic pump holds for the hood are beginning to fail as if the hood was slammed too hard.

These guys are top notch. I've been using them for 7+ years after a bad experience with the local BMW dealer. Rich (the owner) not only is a top notch and personable guy, he is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. Additionally, I bought a car from them in 2016. It was the absolute best car buying experience of my life and they went way above and beyond even on things I didn't ask for. Would love to do all future purchases with them.

My husband and I just moved to Tennessee (from Minnesota), and our car's onboard computer was reporting that we needed service (rear brakes). We naturally checked Angie's List for the Knoxville area and discovered European Auto Garage.  I called and was able to get an appointment later that morning. The brakes problem was diagnosed and repaired within about 3 hours. Everyone was professional, friendly,  and responsive. EAG also changed out our Minnesota license plates for our new Tennessee plate (we could not do it ourselves because the back screws had rusted in place). The price was not cheap, but was very fair, given the service.
We will definitely continue to use EAG for our BMW service needs without hesitation.

We've used them 3 or 4 times now. They were very professional and very friendly. We've been pleased with them. The costs seem a little high.

I like that they are highly professional and skilled at diagnostics and finishing work on European automobiles.

They are great and they are very experienced with Volkswagen. They are all trained with the Volkswagen dealer and set up their own shop. They are less expensive than the Volkswagen dealership but just as knowledgeable. They do not give me the runaround, they tell what is wrong and they give me a fair price. They are the only place that I will go.

I have taken multiple BMWs to the guys at EAG. Mark is a master when it comes to anything with BMWs. I have taken cars from the 80's all the way to the 2000's to them and been very satisfied every time. I recommend EAG to all of my friends and would recommend them to anyone.

They were prompt and good. They fixed the job. We would use them again.

Overall they did a good job. I kind of got the feeling that after they realized they couldn't align my car they were looking for things to fix. Purely an assumption I my part though. It ended up costing me $50 for them to look over my car. All of the items they found were under BMW's CPO warranty so I did not get them fix at their shop. The only glitch in service is that when I went to pick up my car the flat tire had not been fixed. I noticed it and they fix it right away. Very friendly service.

The turn signals and hazard flasher had stopped working in my 1999 VW Jetta. I had determined that the fuse was not the issue so I made an appointment with European Auto Garage. I was able to get my first choice of appointment times and the work was completed very quickly. They are located close to Harper's VW, Volvo, etc. so getting parts creates no delay. Price was fair. If I need service again I will use them.

Wonderful and quick. We were able to drop it off and pick it up when it was convenient for us. We have since brought a late model ferrari in to do some service and restoration work and we were very pleased with the results. We have plans to bring in a late model mercedes for some service next.
