I have detailed records of each conversation I have had with Robert Berry of Eurohaus over the past year and a half. He has made repeated promises to finish the work and yet he has only to date broken down the motor. He refuses to give me my car back. I am at a loss as to how to regain possession of my property with legal action. It has been an absolute nightmare

I was relunctant to review Autohaus, because it is not a good feeling to criticize, but when I saw the A rating for Eurohaus, I felt I needed to reveal my experience. Maybe they've improved since I went there two years ago. The owner and other mechanics were friendly enough, but that seems to be the MO for Knoxville. They make you feel like their your best friend while they're reaping you off. I'm sure there are some honest mechanics in Knoxville, I'm just not sure about this one.

"Here at EUROHAUS we try to please every customer that comes in the door and if there is a problem we try to make it right. This car came in on 5/11/2012 with a check engine light on and a ABS light on. We scaned the car and the check engine light came on due to unmetered engine air leaks.We replace valve cover gaskets,engine oil seperator and spark plugs. When we scaned the ABS system it showed that the ABS sensor was bad so we replaced it and the ABS light went away. The total bill was $2273.67 and most of that covered the check engine light problem.The car came back in on 5/18/2012 for ABS light again so we scaned it again and saw the rear speed sensor was not getting a signal so we inspected the sensor and it wasnt getting the proper signal so we replaced the bearing and the ABS light went out. That bill was $324.47. We didnt replace the ABS control unit because it wasnt showing to be bad at the time.Yes the ABS control units are a big problem with these cars and when they go bad it is costly so we try to inspect the problem very close before we replace the ABS control unit.I feel we repaired the car properly and just as good as any shop could do. Sorry for the problems you had with the car and please if you have problems in the future whether it be my shop or another shop please make the phone call and doscuss the problems and dont assume they are trying to rip you off."

Robert fixed my Mini even though I had no appointment and he charged me nothing even though he and a service tech spent an hour going over the car and test driving. A great place to take your Mini.

Robert, the owner, took personal care of my Mini Cooper. While the repairs took longer than I would have liked, I have to say that Eurohaus returned a well running car that was completely updated and safe. In addition, I noticed extras that were accomplished with no charge to me...a foglight and tail light bulb replaced as well as a rear brake pad detector wire! Eurohaus went well beyond fix it and push it out the door...they treated my car as if they were fixing it for their family to drive.

What I like with EuroHaus MotorSports is that they're straight forward to talk with. You can talk to the mechanic. They just seem quite responsive. It's just seemed to be direct outlet to deal with. They're straight forward to schedule with and offered to transport us home as we may be while they were working. Although, it was cold in the waiting area. They're better price wise.

Excellent work; engine runs better than new; one minor oil leak which was immediately fixed for free on a follow-up visit; took a little longer than expected but the quality and expertise were worth the wait. Robert Berry really knows how to service Porsches. He offers lots of free advice , even over the phone, if any car issues develop...he allows me to see any issues and will accurately diagnose a problem without just replacing part after part. If you have an older European car, EuroHaus is a great place to have responsible service work done.

I had to have them take out my broken radio twice so I could get information off the back of it. They did not charge me anything for those two visits, then only charged $75 to actually replace the radio, which is more complicated than it sounds in a mini. The dealer charged me $150 just to tell me the radio was broken.

It was a pleasure working with EuroHaus. My car ran better after he worked on it than it had in years. I recently moved to the area and had used the Audi dealership with mixed results in the DC area. When I searched for mechanics that worked on Audi's in the Knoxville area I saw that EuroHaus received great reviews so decided to give them a try. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I've owned BMW's since the mid-80's, many of which have accumulated very high miles. I found Robert Berry about 10 years ago and have used his services countless times over the years for everything from a simple oil change to suspension work to major engine repairs. Without exception Robert has been trustworthy and fair. He explains things well and his prices are exceptional. But most importantly he is the most knowledgeable BMW technician I have ever met.

In addtion to being great about the actual work, he made it easy to drop off and pick up my car. I never actually got to meet him, but I spoke to him on the phone multiple times. He was great and so were the other people in the shop I spoke to.
