We are happy with them. Their responsive is a problem, other than that they are excellent but when we call them because we want an extra job done like bush trimming or something like that, we may have to call them three or four times before they get back to us. They will get back to us but we may have to keep bugging them because it is like some guy who has a voice mail does not check it often or enough. Their responsive is not so great but for lawn care it is not like a doctor. It is less than outstanding but other than that, they give us good service.
