EMERALD ISLAND LAWN SERVICE

These folks are not bad a lawn care, but their customer service is HORRIBLE. You know the worst combination of a service provider - arrogance and incompetence. It's not so much that after spending about $6,000/year on lawn care (not mowing or landscaping) I have a lovely brown lawn (they can't make it rain), but if they were as good at lawn care as they billing it would be amazing. Don't even think about complaining. They are PERFECT - just ask Brad and he's quick to tell you how amazing they truly are. In sum, they are about half a good as they think they are and twice as much as their competitors. Save your money...

My lawn is the best in the neighborhood! Now, almost All of my neighbors use them. And I got $50 credit everytime one of them signed up and so my neighbors.

Not good. They rarely returned my phone calls, Brad or a technician would just show up or call with a time that they were coming vs calling to coordinate a time with me when I was requesting to do so. I did not complete the annual treatment plan because I had concerns that their three fertilizer applications within a month to month-and-a-half time span was burning up my yard. I realize that we are in a drought however, most of my neighbor's yards are just brown, not full of a gray spots where the grass has begun decomposing even though I have been watering a couple of times a week to try and save the roots while they have not watered at all. Brad claims their slow release fertilizers will not burn up a yard but my yard looks worse than my neighbors. Overall I was not satisfied with the results for the cost of the service. In addition, I had concerns about the sequence, and the timing of which they were applying their products. As I stated earlier, my yard looks worse than most of my neighbor's after using their service and I have been watering my yard lightly while they have not been watering at all. Finally, I did not have a good Customer Service Experience for most of the duration that I employed their service.

I was very happy with their service and their attention to when and when not to apply chemicals. They improved my lawn and didn't damage it as I had experienced with another service.

Looks great, but price seems a bit high. Would have liked for them to call before showing up for servicing.

They do a nice job and they are professional.

They are very prompt and do exactly what they say they will. They always call before they come out and they are there. My lawn has come a long way since they started.

Emerald Island Lawn Service does great work. We have been using their services for many years. They have done landscaping for us in the past too. Our lawn looks great because of their good work. I would recommend them to others.

They did a wonderful job and were here on time. They were very neat and efficient. They took very good care of my yard as if it was their own. I thought they had very good prices for the work they did.

We used them about the same time every year and they were punctual and reliable. They did the proper treatment to bring out the full beauty of our lawn, as they always did. They let us know the contents of their treatment and if it was kid and pet friendly. They did a great job.

Their work was alright and they kept the weed problem under control, but they had poor customer service. They would not communicate with me about any work they did. They wouldn t return calls and things of that nature and sometimes I would wonder if they had actually done anything out here. I would probably use them again because I imagine it would be about the same kind of service with most of the companies in their line of work.

Our lawn looks wonderful with Emerald Island Lawn Services fertilizing our yard. The lawn is very green and thick, with no bald spots either. They always show up when they say they are going to, and they are very nice and are careful to make sure any children and out of the way before spreading the fertilizer.
