I did not expect such expeditious service, or such professionalism. Daniel reached out ASAP and had my unit working before I even got home. LIFE SAVER! I will definitely be using Elite in the future, and will highly recommend this company to anyone.

Company owner arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and performed the repair. Price was less than estimate. This is the second time I have used this company and would highly recommend them.

I called Chris on Friday night. He came out Saturday and had it fixed by the afternoon. I wish everything in life would be so easy.

I called and asked when he could look at the unit. Chris came out early Sunday and identified problem and was able to start unit. He picked up the part that was needed early Monday and repaired the unit. He is very capable and did excellent service. He is very personable, honest and reasonable cost. We recommend that you give him the chance to service your unit.

They charged a service charge of $75. They also charged for Freon and other things. We have been using them for a long time. Sometimes, they come back and check on things and we do not get a charge. The owner is Chris Waddell. They have always been good. This time of year, they are working night and day, seven days a week so as far as response, I could not guarantee when they could get out to anybody or they could probably get there as quick as they could. There are a couple of them and they work hard, but as far as the work they do and units they provide, it has been excellent for several years now. I would say 15 years or more.

Daniel was here within an hour. Quickly determined low gas pressure was the problem and showed me how to identify the problem and how remedy it. NO CHARGE! Said he was on a call nearby so there wasn't travel time involved and he didn't have to fix anything.
I called Daniel because I had used him once before on an AC problem and was very impressed with his knowledge and his honesty. He got into the electronics, told me what he was testing and what each result was. (I am an engineer who has worked in AC and control systems). Then he found a circuit board that might be a problem and said this doesn't look good, but let's keep looking. In the end he found and removed a small bird well hidden if the fan housing. He put the fan back together, plugged in the circuit board and everything worked. He said he would call me in a couple of days and if that had permanently cured the problem he would send me a bill.
The bill was quite reasonable.

I got what I wanted. They had competitive prices and good service. They were responsive and punctual. I recommend them.

I used this company based on a friend's referral and glad I did. In fact, have referred several other friends who have been very pleased as well. Prompt, professional, friendly... a company you can trust to stand behind it's work. Prices in line with others. I had an older hvac unit they kept it going until I finally made the decision to replace the unit (the tax credit was a big help too); there was no pressure to purchase, only recommendations. The job was completed promptly, and they always stayed in contact to give updates once the unit was ordered. I will definitely use this company again and continue to refer others.
