EAE Contracting, LLC

This is a follow up. There is not an option for land clearing, drive way, and rv pad but that is what i paid for. I/ Angi had to take Larry Ellrod/ EAE Contracting to arbitration. He never mentioned a $43,000 dollar job, in fact I got multiple estimates and went with them because they came in at $22,000 which was $2000 less than the last one. Now it is important to note the $24,000 estimate included 200x200 foot clearing, a 30x60 foot level homesite, a 40x40 foot RV pad with retaining wall, and ALL gravel and other items needed to do job properly. The $22,000 quote, i found out after the fact, did not include gravel, hence the $26,000. The estimate for fixing his crappy work is $30,000. You read that right, it will cost $4000 more to fix his mistakes. Larry lost arbitration, was told he is legally enforcable for the $15,000 I won(?) in arbitration. That was due May 10th. He has not paid, nor kept in touch. I am now forced to take it further to the courts to get the money he owes me. He wants to make himself out to be a hard working veteran, do not know or care about the veteran part. But know the hard working part is a joke. His stealing of my money, cause lets face it if you take money for a job you do not fulfill it is stealing. And the money i have put into trying to fix what I could has made it where I can no longer afford to build the house I need to take care of my elderly, disabled mother. She us now sleeping on a couch and i have the floor in someone elses home. I do not know how this man sleeps at night but I know I do not sleep well at all. Please, know this man/ company has no morals, no integrity, and no intention of doing the right thing. take your money, use ANYONE else.

Larry installed an extensive French Drain system around our house to stop groundwater from undermining our foundation. We interviewed five (5) different installers, including EAE Contracting and Larry Elder. What a satisfying result! Not only was the installation done right but the site restoration, dirt leveling, swale design, grass reseeding and site cleanup was far beyond expectation. His pricing was a good competitive bid and actually the lowest bid we got. Larry and his crew were clean-cut, professional and friendly. We are very happy we chose Larry and EAE Contracting. You should strongly consider a bid from him.

They promised me the whole time I would be happy with the work, I gave them $26000 and I am definitely not happy with the work. It is messy and not complete.

Larry was very easy to communicate with. He and his brother did a great job with leveling part of our yard and building a site for our swingset.

0ur back yard was in horrible condition because our builder did not grade it properly and left construction debris everywhere. We hired EAE to regrade, clean up the debris, seed, and prep it for a fence installation. We also installed a French drain to prevent erosion due to the slope of the yard. Larry was excellent to work with. He gave us a quote promptly, and showed up as scheduled to complete the work. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions. He did a final walk through to make sure we were satisfied with the work and the yard looks great now. Larry told us to call him if we have any issues down the road because he stands behind his work. Larry even called a few days after the job to see if we had any follow ups for him. We highly recommend Larry at EAE.

EAE CONTRACTING LLC I have been very pleased with the work they have done. They always show up on time or even early. Their attention to the smallest detail is admirable. They have encountered more issues than either of us had anticipated but they handled them with no problem whatsoever. I found them very reasonable in their pricing of my contract. They were very respectful and friendly. I work from home and they made as little noise as possible and never had to interrupt me except to explain why they might have an issue but then they attended right to that issue. Again their attention to detail was exquisite. The siding theyâ re installing on my house is not quite finished but I have no doubt that they will complete the job down to the last nail. The gentlemen were very respectful and professional at all times. Thank you Larry,Sam and Haley. I appreciate all the hard work youâ ve done a great job and I really love my new siding. This was a lot more expensive than we anticipated.

I highly recommend Elrod’s Earthworks and Handyman Services. He did a fantastic job repairing damage to the brick, siding, wall and garage door of our house. The price we paid was more than fair and was, to the penny what he had quoted us. He went above and beyond what was expected. He even did repairs that were not quoted and didn’t charge us. Great customer service. Very pleased with his work.

He is a fast learner, good worker, and showed up everyday. I would hire him back myself again.
