My dog like them more than home. Lots of attention

The facility is beautiful , however it is the staff who make it awesome. Whenever I pick up my dog he always has to stop and say goodbye to the staff before coming to me. I call to check on him on a regular basis. If I have to leave a message my call is always returned promptly. I do not have to worry about my dog. My dog is incredibly important to me and I am very particular on where I board him. I even drive from the north part of Knoxville to far west part of Knoxville to use this facility. This place is always very clean.

Took him for the initial required 3 hour stay. When we picked him up they told us they would not let him stay because he was uncooperative. Didn't bother to take time while we were there to try to let him get acquainted with the staff or the surroundings. Had no idea how to handle a dog that had never been boarded before. Took him to All Kreatures and they were great with him. He stayed there for 10 days and had no issues at all.

They are expensive, but they are probably the nicest boarding facility in Knoxville. They are super in every way. I will use them again in the future. In fact, I already have an appointment with them for later this month.

The impression given from the site and speaking with Dreamkatcher lodge via phone is VERY misleading. I was under the impression I was leaving my dog at a luxury facility. I did not have time to tour the facility before I boarded so I do not 100 percent fault them but they are not up to the same standards as a lot of places we have used for boarding are. When I did the add on's to the package we had chosen I was told my dog would recieve one on one time and I was told my dog was walked several times a day, however after going on a tour at the pet fair held this past weekend I was mortified, to discover they are caged in basically the same type conditions they would be at the pound.. Instead of one on one time and room to run they are moved from an indoor area to an outdoor caged area, with a "potty pad" where they are expected to go potty. When I pay for my baby to have cuddle time I want her out of the caged area and loved on, I don't expect them to come into her area and sit with her. I have no idea if they are undestaffed or what the deal is but this place is not up to the Farragut Standard. Honestly we could have boarded her at our vet right next door for WAY less and received better care.

Staff was nice. Facility was clean. Is a little pricey but will pay it to have piece of mind for my pups.

I felt Bear was in good hands..  I toured this place during the school's springs break and they were full.  Even being full, they  were extremely clean and all the dogs looked good.  They seem to love animals as much as I do.  I felt Bear got all the extras he could possibly receive.  I paid extra to get him 2 walks per day.  I did not pay extra to see him on the internet, since I was in a very rural part of Kentucky, which does not have cell phone reception.  I did receive an  e mail and picture of Bear.  I was really touched by that.  No other place has ever done that.  I still had cell phone coverage at that time, and I really enjoyed his picture.  The staff seemed to have spent time with Bear since they knew his personality.  Bear is a runner and this place is really secure if you have a  dog who likes to take off without warning.  The staff let me check the yard so I could be content with knowing Bear could not escape.  I have had bad experiences with other Knoxville boarding facilities.  My dog is very spoiled and I am very picky on where I will leave him.  I will be traveling again, and can enjoy myself without worrying about Bear.  They are a little bit more expensive, but it is well worth it.  I will be using them again

I got all of the bells and whistles but they were a little expensive.

The rates are a bit expensive, but worth knowing my dog would be safe while I was away.

They are very courteous and you can tell that they really care about animals.  They take very good care of them and my dogs were very happy there.  I have already made another appointment for them.

Dream Katcher Lodge made me feel comfortable leaving my dog with them. They walked, bathed, groomed and gave my dog his shots. They did a great job explaining my dog's daily planner and answering any questions I might have had. I was very happy with them and my dog appeared to be happy. It was a very spacious place for my pet to exercise.

Dream Katcher is a very high class facility for animals to stay. They take exceptional care of the animals, while you're on a vacation and are very kind. I had a chance to go look around the facilities, and they keep the place immaculately clean. I love that they have Web cams to watch the animals while you are away.
