First visit, sales rep was laid-back about the companies they represented, stating they were in the midst of changing.  Very general in questions, info, etc.  Was to get back with us after weekend.
Second visit, a bit more interested in helping us, but had not done anything with our project.  Was a bit more helpful in showing us options, etc.  After pressing, agreed to have price quote ready by mid-morning the next day.
Third visit, had to wait for price quote to be finished when we arrived shortly before noon.
We chose to go with another company because we preferred the tint of the cherry wood cabinets, the time to get the cabinets once the order was placed, the finished look of the cabinets, the attention to detail that the sales rep from the other company displayed (visited our home twice to discuss layout/measurements/etc.), and the cost, which was slightly cheaper.  Not a deal-breaker really.
We might possibly give the company another opportunity in the future on another project.

They have a remarkable showroom.  I had ideas on redesigning my kitchen, and they helped me with that.  They were very helpful and extremely patient.  They assisted me tremendously.  The cabinets are beautiful.  I was very happy with them.  They were great.
