tv repair
 + -1 moreAfter the company had to reschedule to pickup the tv, they called back telling me that my tv had a broken screen. There was nothing wrong with the screen when I took the tv out of service due to the bad computer board. When I asked him to take a picture of the damage and send it to me, he suddenly didn't have a camera and insisted on snail mailing it instead of e-mail. Feeling something was fishy, I contacted LG again and learned the service call was supposed to be in home service. He wasn't supposed to remove my tv at all. Google Reviews had one review for this company from about a year ago with the exact same circumstances.
Description of Work: Dixie Audio Video was contacted by LG to repair my flat screen television. The issue was a computer board that went bad, which prevented the tv from operating.
